In what is sure to be a turning point in Internet law, U.S. District Judge Liam O'Grady has declared that Twitter must hand over the account information of several of its users to the Department of Justice in connection with the government's ongoing investigation of WikiLeaks. Twitter, who opposed the demand, was forced into compliance on the grounds that the accounts in question were used by key supporters of WikiLeaks.

Droid Eris Apps

I will never buy a phone again, if there is not an app store.  My favorite thing about the iPhone was that Apple revolutionized the business with applications for the phone.  Blackberry followed suit, and now there is a Droid Market.  These apps allow cell phones to never go out of style or become too outdated.  After a week of playing with my new Eris, I have discovered a few great apps.  They are Twigee and Facebook Lite.  There are tons more, but these are the ones keeping me entertained this week.

iPhone owners are annoying spouses worldwide.  iPhones are too addictive, and I just can't put mine down.  I am going to tell you about my three favorite apps and then I have to get to my support group!  I hope they are prepared for my withdrawals from Pandora Radio, Facebook and TwitterFon.
