I am one of those guys who will overpay and sacrifice tons to remain loyal to a company or brand that takes care of me. Not even a second thought goes into the cost if I am pleased with quality. Saturday night I was pumped to see that Verizon wanted to push an update through my phone. I have the Droid Eris and from the beginning, they have been talking about this update with many new and improved features. They delivered on them, but also a bit of a headache as well.
